You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 100cuco immediately via the live chat support channel.
100cuco reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason for the refusal.
All deposits on 100cuco are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB, and Public Bank. 100cuco does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees, for which 100cuco accepts no responsibility.
Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. These limits may be updated by 100cuco from time to time without advance notice.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your 100cuco account are your own funds and have been obtained through lawful means. 100cuco is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.
100cuco reserves the right to reverse or cancel any deposit that is believed to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct, and to cooperate fully with any investigation by relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC). No withdrawal will be processed from an account that has not completed the required KYC documentation, including submission of a valid Malaysian IC or passport.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. 100cuco does not impose a fee on standard withdrawal transactions; processing timeframes are approximately 30–45 minutes for eWallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost) and 1–3 business hours for FPX bank transfers.
100cuco reserves the right to perform additional identity checks before processing any withdrawal request and may delay or decline withdrawals where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.
Any winnings derived from bonus funds remain subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements. Winnings that have not satisfied the relevant wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will not be included in the processed withdrawal amount.
From time to time, 100cuco may offer promotional bonuses, reload offers, cashback programmes, and other incentive schemes to eligible account holders. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be made available at the time the promotion is launched. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the individual promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that specific promotion.

All bets placed on the 100cuco Sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. These rules are accessible within the Sportsbook section. In all cases, the decision of 100cuco's trading team regarding the settlement of any bet is final, subject to any manifest error correction procedure described below.
Bets will be accepted up to the individual account limits displayed in the cashier and within the Sportsbook interface. 100cuco reserves the right to restrict betting limits for any account or on any market without prior notice and without providing a reason.
Where a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error — including technical malfunction, human input error, or data feed failure — 100cuco reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake to the account. 100cuco will make reasonable efforts to identify and remedy manifest errors within a reasonable timeframe.
Live casino and RNG game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator software or, in the case of live tables, by the physical outcome of the game as observed through the studio feed. All results are final once the round or hand has been completed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 100cuco platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
100cuco reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected, where required for regulatory compliance, or where continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.
Where an account is closed due to a breach by the User, any bonus balances, pending withdrawals relating to bonus-derived funds, or winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited in their entirety. Deposits made using the User's own funds will be returned following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to applicable deductions for outstanding liabilities.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 100cuco support team through the live chat channel. Accounts undergoing active bonus wagering or open bet settlement may not be immediately closeable pending the resolution of those activities.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 100cuco's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter in respect of which liability cannot be excluded by law.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information by 100cuco is governed by the 100cuco Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the international gaming authority frameworks under which 100cuco operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of one party notifying the other of the dispute, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution procedures of the applicable international gaming regulatory authority. 100cuco's decisions on the settlement of individual bets are final, subject only to the manifest error correction procedure described in Section 7.
